Carnage, Briggs and JWP preparing for their upcoming bouts

Over the last few weeks, while Paul "Hurricane" Briggs was back on the Gold Coast, Wayne Parr and Nathan Carnage caught up with him for some sparring sessions. It was Nathan's first time back to Boonchu Gym after his departure in 2003, and all went well in the sessions.

 Nathan is quoted as saying "Its great, paul is such a fast puncher and moves so well, he's completly changed his style from walk up puncher to slipping and moving all the time". Paul was equally impressed with Carnages go forward and fighting spirit.

Carnage and Wayne also sparred well together, with waynes speed and timing, Carnage says he has reached new levels in his game, "Wayne very fast with his kicks and has great cadence, its forcing me to become faster while maintaining my power, its working very well".

Carnage's next fight is ofcourse this Friday at Southport Sharks, anyone on the Gold Coast should go to this event to see Carnage take on his first Thai opponent. Wayne's next fight is may 4th against Choppa Chapman in Tokyo, and Paul goes for the boxing world title late may in Chigago.
